52 year old, South African white male who currently lives in Olivedale but he would be more than happy to relocate. Grahame started his career in hospitality where he spent much of his time in General Management roles and this is where he gained his technical knowledge (electrical / mechanical / facilities). He then spent 3 years at a large ITC company as a Senior Facilities Manager overseeing Contract Management / Technical Management / Soft Services / Finance / Budgets / Project Management / Asset Maintenance / OHS / Supply Management Governance / Management of KPIs and SLAs for 4 buildings. Unfortunately he was retrenched due to a restructure. He also did a contract for a large entertainment company, where he was responsible for 137 staff (technicians, plumbers, maintenance, hard services, electricians, UPS rooms, substation, mechanical, gaming machine technicians), as well as all tenant enquiries / issues.
He comes highly recommended and considers himself to be a hands on manager who get to know his buildings back to front so that when an issue / problem arises he knows what to do. He describes himself as a manager who is strict and disciplined, but also supports and protects his team and one who leads by example. He is immediately available.
