Project Management Institute member, he offers a broad portfolio of operational and strategic change project success alongside a depth of process improvement, knowledge across major/ vital business units and departments.
His employers' unique structure afforded him the opportunity to operate tri-laterally in project management, sales support and customer service. This environment has enabled him to not only fulfill the required mandate of in-scope, on-time, cost-effective and best-quality project delivery, but also to hone cross-functional management skills incorporating engineering, commercial and contract issues.
His extensive leadership experience together with mature relationship networking acumen bolsters his passion to provide senior level strategic interventions, systems and processes to enhance organisational performance through holistic initiatives that integrate marketing, operations, human resources, information and finance.
