HEAD HUNTING:
Our standard recruitment approach is to treat every position in a head-hunting manner, understanding your specific requirements (industry / culture fit etc), presenting you with a shortlist of the top candidates from our executive search. These candidates go through a thorough interview and shortlisting process and only Top Talent is presented. We follow the process through with an end to end to service.
REVERSE RECRUITMENT:
We market pre-qualified, “ready-to-go” senior and director-level candidates, who may not be found on online portals, at a lower placement fee. Many of these candidates are discreetly exploring the job market and prefer not to have their CVs available online, as they are not actively applying for positions. We conduct all necessary checks upfront, including references, and can present pre-qualified candidates within hours of receiving a senior to director level role. Additionally, we provide a video clip of each candidate to streamline and enhance the recruitment process. All of this for a lower placement fee.

Once we have your CV and required documentation, your profile will be added to our data base and you will be informed of any positions that come in, that may be of interest to you. If your profile is shortlisted for our client, we will manage the full process of placing you into the position / company.
REVERSE RECRUITMENT:
We offer senior to director level candidates a pro-active marketing solution, rather than applying for jobs on online portals and being met with a “black hole of silence”. The pre-requisite is that our candidates invest with us in their recruitment journey, by processing their checks and providing us with all required documentation and details for contactable references. These candidates are first in line to opt into any jobs come into our office and we will proactively search the market for roles that may be of interest to you. We will inform you of potential opportunities and you get the opportunity to opt in to any applications of your choice. We will bypass portals and get your profile in front of decision makes, with the aim to secure you an interview and to get you placed in a great opportunity.
