One of our consultant will come and meet with you / chat you to over the phone or Skype, to listen to your needs and ask you questions that will assist us to successfully search for the best candidates for your business
We will then begin our search for the best possible candidates for your specific business needs. We treat every spec in a head hunting manner.
We will shortlist our top candidates through our recruitment process including telephonic, face to face interviews, collecting their documentation (ID, certificates, payslips, contacts for references), requesting for knowledge of credit / criminal record issues and getting independent references.
We then submit our top candidates cv and at least one reference, along with a motivation as to why the candidate is a match for your needs.
We line up client interviews and submit a second reference.
If the interview is successful, we will process credit (for financial roles), criminal and highest qualification checks.
We present the offer to the candidate and assist in negotiating / closing the deal.
We contact both candidate and client before and during the first 3 months of employment and assist where we can in making sure that the candidate settles in as successfully as possible.
