QA / QC / QESH Manager CCJA

Our candidate from Cameroon is a SA Permanent Resident, has over 27 years extensive construction QA/QC experience. He has had the opportunity of working on Mega Projects, both locally and abroad. He has also had the privilege of working on projects as an EPC, EPCM and Owners team representative. Many of these projects were very intense with accelerated programs, and had great amounts of scheduled pressure in order to meet project deadlines. As a result; he’s learnt to be dynamic in the way in which he approaches management and strategy approach and quality related situations, on site, in order to achieve positive results for the benefit of the project. He enjoys taking the approach of highlighting to the construction teams, the benefits, to the project, of adhering to the project’s specifications, codes/standards and industry best practice, which in turn prevent delays and save costs. Project and Quality management is his passion and the driving force which propels him forward so that he can continue to be effective within his area of expertise.

His involvement in Minor and Mega projects, both locally and abroad, have assisted him to grow his knowledge in the area of his expertise, being SHEQ manager, QA/QC manager, data books and technology and innovation technology, welding and quality control /quality Assurance ,Site Planning and mini data  packs originator,  Manage and monitor of all  record of all pre-welding Activities, Method Statement for all weld repairs of none pressure and pressure parts of the boiler  and piping / structural steels erection, Steel plates fabrication, Reviewing  of  all current activates not limited but including the following, WPS, ITP, WCR, WCD, working Procedures , Attend contract reviews meeting with client, update meeting with the managers, progressive report on data books to top management , statistical analysis, review of  all  fabricating document /drawings  prior to fit-up on site,  allocate  all functions of Construction, Allocate all mini data parts to site welding Inspectors and supervisors, strategy planning and implementation strictly on schedule.

He is a qualified HSE practitioner SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, OHSAS 18001:2007, Six Sigma Master Black Belts in Quality professional, Construction expert with qualification from University of Pretoria (Program in Engineering Management) with holistic approach on all site and workshop activities, Managing planning & statistical analysis with full capability with hands on tools. He is there to advise the top management and make sure that the target, goals & core values of the organisation are met.
