Black, South African male, aged 38, lives in Boksburg with over 14 years of experience in Health and Safety. He has a National Diploma Safety Management as well as ASHEPP, SAMTRAC, Root Cause Analysis Technique, Incident Investigation Course, HIRA, Integrated OHSAS 18001 Implementation Training Course, Integrated OHSAS 18001 Auditor Training Course, ISO 9001:2015. He also has a Advanced Management Programme and is looking to get into Strategy Management.
He has been in the forefront of developing and maintaining ISO 9001 and is currently working towards acquiring the ISO 4500 & ISO 14001. He has knowledge and understanding of these standards and in his capacity of Regional Manager it is his duty to ensure his area complies and meets the company standards & processes and does this through awareness sessions and audits. He compiles monthly regional reports which includes incidents stats, trend analysis, evacuation plans, drills and reducing risk.

He is currently working hand in hand with line management to maintain the certification. He is well conversant with the ISO 14001 standard. He is responsible for a team of about 20 safety officers in his region.
Achievements: Company DIFR target is 0.61 and I have managed to contribute in achieving 0.3 DIFR. Assisted the company to acquire the ISO 9001 certificate. Reduced hidden costs by reducing accidents. Ensuring that objectives and targets are met.
