34 year old male with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), whilst working at a large investment bank.  This company is the only company that he has ever worked for since graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree. He has been rotating amongst different divisions and business areas in order to build a holistic understanding of specialised banking. He also achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM).

During his tenure he became a wealth and deceased estates advisor for the bank, where he interacted and provided advisory support to high net worth clients which is where the passion to help people with personal difficulties arose.

While reflecting on his career development and growth, he completed his dissertation. The findings of the study equipped him with the skills and knowledge to manage employee performance and development related difficulties and challenges. His rigorous research was selected for a prestigious opportunity to be published in an international journal, “professionalising” his experience and contributing towards the production of scientific knowledge.

He has been running an HR Consulting company since 2017 and offers services in human capital performance & development strategies, organizational development, HR strategy and planning, Career development, and, learning and development.

As an academic researcher publishing work globally, he has documented keynotes on change management, emotional intelligence, talent management, anxiety and stress management.

For two years he has been hosting workshops, facilitating, documenting, presenting and implementing key HR strategies for junior to senior (executive) management. His clients have business footing in South Africa, Botswana and Lesotho. His most recent contract was to facilitate workshop for Employee Readiness (Emotional Intelligence), Diversity, Equality and Inclusion for a corporate entity listed on the JSE.

He is particularly interested in Senior Organisational Development, Change & Talent Manager, HR Manager and any other organizational effectiveness opportunities.
