FACTUAL SUMMARY
She is a South African citizen, currently, in Saudi Arabia as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager. She holds a qualification in Administrative Management from the University of South Africa. She is looking to set new goals, face new challenges and duties that will ignite her passion in her career, this includes travelling and working at Foundation/Education and NGO sectors.
SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Her work experience began in 2004 as a consultant at a Recruitment Agency where they outsourced and placed temporary staff within the medical sector. This included an internationally funded project (HIV research). Within a short period she was appointed to manage the first Out Sourced account- and was solely responsible for +-40 care workers.
In 2007, she was head-hunted by a large Private Hospital Group as a Personal Assistant. During her tenure at the largest Private Hospital Group in South Africa, she assisted with teambuilding and initiated the monthly PA lunch forum to share knowledge in an effort to āwork smartā. She was also Chosen as a Kronos champion where she mentored, coached and assisted other users with the timekeeping programme. Furthermore, she was voted the āTouch Teamsā representative for 3 consecutive years-from inception until her resignation (voice between employees and management)
In 2016 with her determination to achieve her career goals, she relocated to Saudi Arabia as an Executive Assistant to the Deputy Executive Regional Director-Operations in the Ministry of National Guard- Health Affairs. Within the year she was appointed as the Office Manager over and above her current title. She serves as the Primary advisor to the Director in all decision making processes. She also initiated FAD rounds and a āWork Cultureā project in an effort to improve work relations between employees. She is often acknowledged by higher management for initiative and alternate means taken to complete tasks. As a firm believer in always mentoring staff to give of their best, she has forged a result driven department where we have reduced overtime within all the departments(14) under the umbrella of Operations from 20 000 hours per month to 5 000 hours per month.
She has ensured the smooth running of the diverse fast pace, ānon-routineā, multicultural departments that she has worked in and has gained the trust and confidence of her fellow colleagues and Executive Team members.
She is now enrolled enrolled for her degree in BA Community Development-giving her a wider scope to include the Humanitarian sector.
