15 years’ extensive payroll administration and management experience. Her career in Payroll Administration and Management started in 2002 when she joined a company as a financial assistant. With little knowledge and training on the system, the monthly salaries for about 700 security guards, became her responsibility. That is when she discovered her passion and love for payroll. Soon after, she went on a quest to discover the payroll industry. In 2005, a few organisations contacted her, requesting if they could outsource their payroll to her. She agreed, and the payroll bureau was born. From 2005 to 2008, she administered and managed about 13 organisations’ payroll, ranging from monthly to weekly paid, from the security industry to the manufacturing industry. In 2008, her first employer, contacted her and requested her to come back to their organisation. With the recession, the payroll bureau was suffering and thus she agreed to go back on a full time basis, but keeping some of the smaller outsourced payrolls with approval from the companies. From 2011 to 2013 she worked at various companies contract basis and X-Consultant through VIP Payroll, placing her at various companies. From August 2013 to end November 2013, she worked on temp, placed through VIP. From December 2013 to May 2015, she was a contract worker at the same organisation, and from June 2015 to date, she has been a permanent employee. Her reason for seeking other opportunities is to challenge herself and to learn and grow into a more managerial position. Her current job duties do include that of a management position. She is SAPA accredited as a Certified Payroll Practitioner. During 2017 she completed her Diploma in Human Resource Management and Practices and has enrolled for the Bachelor of Commerce Management 2018 second semester. She is available with a 30 days’ notice period.
