40 year old South African EE female, residing in Kenilworth, Johannesburg. She is currently employed as an Office Administrator and Personal Assistant to the directors of a manufacturing company.

As an attentive and organized individual, she is confident in her ability to perform in a position in line with my education and years of working experience and is also eager and willing to learn new things.

After matriculating in 1996, she was employed at a large Bank as a filing clerk. Over the period of 10 years services, she worked her way up from a filing clerk, data capture, telephone and internet banking admin support. She thoroughly enjoyed her time working in the personal lending environment in the call centre. She loved the fast-pace and found it exciting to make spontaneous credit decisions, with accuracy within the business policies and procedures. Her last position in the bank was as a functional authority with a mandate for credit approval.

In 2006, she started a family and opted to spend time at home with her son and daughter. She returned to the working industry in 2010, where she started her current position as an Executive Personal Assistant to the director.

Over the past 8 years she has enjoyed her role and responsibilities as an Exec PA and admin support to the sales department, which includes managing emails, scheduling, bookings, arranging events, travel arrangements, correspondences, handling calls.

She completed a bookkeeping course through Boston College. She can do basic bookkeeping to trial balance. This entails recording of information on Pastel, creating and maintaining accounts for assets purchased, processing of monthly statements, depreciation journals, invoicing and bank reconciliation. She maintains a filing system and prepares the files for submission to the auditors at year end.

She can do Payroll on Sage One Online Payroll and the monthly issuing of payslips, UIF submissions, staff leave register and maintain payroll and staff files. As a PA, she strives to provide accurate work and good communication. For her, he most enjoyable part about the bookkeeping duties is the accuracy and attention to detail.

She considers herself to be  a woman of principle and dedication and believes that she can make a valuable contribution to any organisation. She is hardworking, honest, reliable and a team player and comes highly recommended by her Director of 8 years as the best PA in JHB
