Health and Safety (SHERQ) Manager JSDM

EE South African female who is a registered Occupational Health and Safety Practitioner with SAIOSH and IOSM. She has 12 years of OHS experience within the SHEQ Fraternity. She started within the safety department of a large energy companies' Engineering Technology Division. All safety issues fell under her leadership and the scope of her work covered development, refinement and implementation of a database for the leadership inspection statistics; development of a safety handbook; improved reporting and trend analysis on safety statistics. She also implemented the maintenance of Health and Safety Representative’s files, manager’s safety files, databases for man job specifications, medical surveillance and a safety training matrix. She can do safety audits and develop and maintain an integrated management system within the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and manages safety & risk management projects, 18001 and full safety compliance.
